Master Mike provides practical and effective strategies for real-life situations. He has over 37 years of extensive training in multiple martial arts. His passion is to teach the self-defense application of martial arts due to his past experiences of Its use in the work fields of private investigations, celebrity bodyguard, government security, and reserve police work.

**Seminar Description**

 

This seminar is designed to impart knowledge and practical applications related to self-defense. Participants will learn simple effective self-defense and escapes techniques from a variety of situations, gain skills in threat detection (situational awareness), gain counter-surveillance tactics, and learn de-escalation techniques.

NOTE:  We always have all participants to sign a waiver in martial arts related activity.  There are no dangerous or harmful activities that will be conducted at our self-defense seminar.

 I understand that I and or my children will be voluntarily participating in activities and I represent that I am aware of the nature of these activities and agree to accept all risks associated with my participation in these activities.

  I represent that I and or my children are in good physical health, and that unless I notify International Self Defense Academy LLC in writing that I or my child are unable to participate in an activity due to some physical or mental considerations, I will be allowed to participate in all activities of International Self Defense Academy LLC.

 Furthermore, in consideration of International Self Defense Academy LLC allowing the me to participate in these activities, I agree to hold International Self Defense Academy LLC harmless and indemnify it  instructors, and officers, against loss from any and all claims of negligence, demands, rights, or causes of actions of any kind or nature that may hereafter at any time be made or brought by me or on my behalf for any known or unknown, foreseen and unforeseen bodily or personal injuries, damages to property and consequences thereof which may be sustained by me as a direct or indirect result of participating in the aforementioned activities at International Self Defense Academy LLC.

 

PLEASE READ BEFORE AGREEING 

 

I have read the foregoing release in its entirety and understand that I am signing a complete and perpetual release to any and all claims of negligence as defined above resulting from my participation in the activities described above at International Self Defense Academy LLC.

 I understand that I can cancel my  participation at any time and acknowledge that I am at least the age of 21 years old.

By typing my name or signing below, I acknowledge that I have read the release in its entirety and I am electronically signing the document, which will have the same effect as the execution of the document by a written signature and shall be valid evidence of my intent and agreement.
